Intant Pot Chicken Tacos
These Instant Pot chicken tacos are done in less than 30 minutes, making them an easy meal!
Instant Pot
Add the chicken, taco seasoning and salsa to an Instant Pot. Close the lid, seal the pressure vent and select manual and set the time for 12 minutes. After the Instant Pot is finished cooking the chicken release the pressure by turning the vent.
Crockpot
Add the chicken, taco seasoning and salsa to a crockpot. Cook on low for 6 hours.
Once the chick is done cooking shred it and stir in the cooking liquid.
Taco Toppings
Meanwhile, cook the rice and beans of your choice.
We top our tacos with blue cheese crumble for a sharp, creamy flavor. It goes nicely with the spice of the radish microgreens.
However, if you’re not a fan of blue cheese you can top it with cheese of your choice.

How to Make Instant Pot Chicken Tacos with Radish Microgreen Garnish
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 lbs. Chicken Breast
- 1 tbsp. Taco Seasoning
- 3/4 cup Salsa
- Rice
- Black Beans
- Blue Cheese Crumbles
- Radish Microgreens
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add the chicken to the Instant Pot. Sprinkle with taco seasoning and add salsa on top.
- Close the lid, seal the pressure vent and select manual. Set the time for 12 minutes.
- Display will say ON. Instant Pot will take about 10 additional minutes to come to pressure.
- During this time cook rice and beans of choice.
- After the Instant Pot is finished cooking the chicken release the pressure by turning the vent.
- Shred the chicken and stir in the cooking liquid.
- Warm up tortilla or just make a it a taco salad.
- Add the rice, black beans and chicken. Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and top with radish microgreens.
